3. Preparing the expenditure bulletin.
4. Documenting university orders.
5. Preparing graduates statistics.
6. Collecting and analyzing other miscellaneous statistics.

Tasks of the Data and Information Unit

1. Preparing the admission plan for undergraduate studies.
2. Updating students’ and staff data through the electronic portal.
3. Updating operational data via the electronic system.
4. Submitting the names and official orders of graduates from the Medical Group to the Ministry electronically.
