The Supplies and Inventory Unit is responsible for managing the movement of materials and equipment within the College by storing and distributing them as needed. It supports administrative and educational processes by ensuring the timely availability of supplies in a way that guarantees optimal resource utilization.

Providing departments with materials based on priorities and official requests.
Monitoring Usage
Tracking disbursed quantities and estimating consumption to ensure future readiness.
Inventory Data Updates
Regularly entering data into the system to maintain accurate records of stock levels.
Supplier Coordination
Coordinating supply operations with vendors and suppliers according to needs and budget.
Regular Reporting
Preparing reports on stock levels, available items, and consumption on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Annual Inventory
Conducting a comprehensive physical inventory to verify actual quantities and reconcile them with official records.
