
Administrative Affairs Division
Responsible for organizing and following up on all administrative matters, and providing administrative support to the various units of the College.
Main Tasks:
- Receiving official correspondence addressed to the College from government agencies.
- Distributing incoming correspondence after review by the Dean.
- Drafting and issuing official letters related to administrative matters.
- Assigning outgoing serial numbers for official documents issued by the College’s administrative units.
- Archiving all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organizing and monitoring leave request forms for staff and faculty members.
- Following up on salary increments, promotions, tenure, and contract renewals.
Sub-Units:
Personnel Files Unit
Responsible for maintaining and updating employee personnel files and records.
Incoming & Outgoing Unit
Tracks, archives, and documents the movement of official correspondence.
Promotion & Allowance Unit
Handles staff promotions and monitors their professional entitlements.
Staffing Unit
Manages and updates the administrative and staffing structure of the College.
