Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing the Scientific Affairs Department / University Presidency with planned and executed scientific activities.
- Preparing a schedule of seminars and workshops in coordination with academic departments under the supervision of the Assistant Dean.
- Following up on faculty scientific activities and submitting patent documents to the University President.
- Preparing official correspondence with institutions for scientific visits and issuing related administrative orders.
- Drafting and following up on Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and scientific cooperation agreements with state institutions.
- Facilitating the work of undergraduate students in carrying out graduation projects.
- Issuing administrative orders related to academic assignments, external lecturers, and scientific projects.
Division Job Description
- Division Director: Holds a postgraduate degree, manages all activities, distributes tasks, and leads planning and organization.
- Scientific Outputs: Follows up on academic sabbaticals, cooperation agreements, journals, consultancy office, and academic assignments.
- Scientific Research: Responsible for following up on the research plan, seminars, and scientific activities.
- Archiving: Organizes and archives incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintains documents both manually and electronically.
