The Student Affairs Follow-Up Division at the College of Science strives to create a supportive and integrated environment that monitors students academically, administratively, and socially. Its goal is to enhance students’ stability and contribute to their success throughout their academic journey. The division provides guidance, support, and services that help students overcome challenges and develop their potential.

  • Academic Advising: Providing continuous guidance to students in selecting study paths and coordinating academic schedules aligned with their educational goals.
  • Monitoring Academic Performance: Tracking students’ academic and behavioral progress and offering appropriate support in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • Student Records Management: Organizing academic and administrative data related to students and ensuring it is updated regularly.
  • Skill Development: Organizing developmental workshops in areas such as time management, communication skills, and modern learning strategies.
  • Psychological and Social Support: Providing initial counseling and psychological support, with referrals to specialized bodies when necessary.
  • Social Activities: Organizing events and initiatives aimed at strengthening student relationships and fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting students with registration procedures, monitoring graduation requirements, and facilitating communication with relevant offices in the college.
  • Financial Assistance: Providing information and guidance on available scholarships, exemptions, and financial support programs.
