The unit aims to empower women, enhance their active participation in academic and social fields, and foster a supportive university environment for women.

To advance the role of women in higher education and society through empowerment, awareness, and continuous development.
Mission
To strengthen the role of women in all aspects of academic, administrative, and social work, ensuring fairness and equality.
Objectives
- Promote awareness of women’s empowerment within the academic community.
- Identify challenges faced by women and work towards addressing them.
- Organize seminars and conferences focused on women’s issues.
- Enhance women’s participation in decision-making within the university.
- Follow up on the affairs of female students and staff within the college.
