Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division
The division seeks to establish an effective quality assurance system within the college, promoting a culture of quality and accreditation among all staff, while consolidating the principles of self-assessment and continuous improvement in line with the college’s mission.
Main Tasks:
- Continuous development and reinforcement of quality culture.
- Designing a comprehensive quality strategy with clear objectives.
- Evaluating the overall performance of the college and its academic programs.
- Monitoring the implementation of quality assurance mechanisms.
- Planning and supervising self-assessment activities.
- Analyzing evaluation results and providing recommendations.
- Maintaining communication with the University’s Quality Department.
- Exchanging expertise with other colleges.
- Participating in conferences and workshops.
- Publishing quality-related reports and materials.

- Implementing quality plans to achieve academic accreditation.
- Raising awareness of quality importance among students and faculty.
- Proposing performance standards and developing guiding manuals.
- Monitoring the implementation of quality standards.
- Preparing periodic unit reports.
University Performance Evaluation Unit
- Measuring and assessing the overall performance of the college.
- Developing databases for academic and administrative activities.
- Aligning educational outcomes with labor market needs.
- Providing guidance and necessary improvements.
- Monitoring self-assessment and preparing reports.
Training and Technical Support Unit
- Implementing training courses and workshops.
- Organizing seminars to promote a quality culture.
- Enhancing teaching, learning, and research efficiency.
- Developing trained academic staff.
- Publishing quality support booklets and brochures.
Laboratory Accreditation Unit
- Ensuring compliance with recognized laboratory standards.
- Documenting and coding equipment in coordination with lab supervisors.
- Implementing calibration programs and technical training.
- Monitoring the efficiency of laboratory equipment.
