Maintenance Division
The Maintenance Division serves as the operational link among all college units and departments, acting as the backbone that sustains facilities and workflow across the College’s buildings through essential, continuous services.
Key Tasks:
- Supervising and following up on all maintenance works for college buildings, including (electrical systems, water and sewage networks, landscaping, furniture, devices and equipment, and vehicles).
- Conducting periodic inspections and handling emergencies across college facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, administrative offices, and other amenities.
- Coordinating with maintenance and procurement committees to sustain and provide required resources and to engage specialized contractors for necessary works.
