Registration Unit – College of Science

The Registration Unit is one of the fundamental units in the College, responsible for managing students’ academic affairs from the moment of admission until the completion of graduation requirements. It organizes and monitors all procedures related to registration, documentation, and academic follow-up in coordination with the scientific departments.

  • New Student Registration: Entering admitted students’ data electronically and completing official registration documents.
  • Academic Records Management: Archiving each student’s academic information, including courses, grades, and educational levels.
  • Academic Status Follow-up: Implementing procedures for deferment, withdrawal, transfer, or re-enrollment in accordance with approved regulations.
  • Issuance of University IDs: Printing and distributing official student ID cards and renewing them as needed.
  • Semester Registration Organization: Supervising course registration processes according to the approved academic calendar.
  • Statistics and Reports Preparation: Providing accurate data on student numbers, academic statuses, and registration activities.

Through these responsibilities, the unit ensures the smooth execution of academic operations and the accuracy of student data, thereby enhancing the efficiency of educational management within the College.
