• System and Device Maintenance: Monitoring the performance of network-connected devices, ensuring their technical efficiency, and keeping systems and infrastructure continuously updated.
• Website Development: Supervising the update and development of the college’s official website, adding digital content that reflects the activities of departments and units.
• University Email Management: Creating and maintaining email accounts for students and faculty members to ensure their functionality and effectiveness.
• Support for Educational Systems: Providing technical support for e-learning systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other applications linked to the educational process.
